Terms and Conditions
Bodycode Integrative Wellbeing Pty Ltd
Please ensure you have read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any appointments at Bodycode Integrative Wellbeing. Bookings may also be governed by and subject to additional terms and conditions which are applied by and of the practitioners.
Definitions
‘Practitioners means any practitioners associate with health consultation within Bodycode Integrative Wellbeing. That may be a Chiropractor, RMT, Physiotherapist or Certified Health Consultant.
You and Your means the person who has made the booking
Appointments and Cancellations
If you are not able to attend your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. You will be sent a confirmation email, reminder email and an SMS the day before your appointment.
If you do not arrive for your appointment (also known as missed appointment), you will be contacted immediately and if you reschedule your appointment within 72 hours of your original appointment, you will not be charged the cancellation charge
If you cancel your appointment within the 24-hour cancellation period, you will be charged the full cancellation fee which is charged at the cost of your originally booked appointment
If cancelling and not showing for your appointment without prior notice is a regular occurrence, Bodycode Integrative Wellbeing have the right to either charge you the cost of the appointment upfront at the time of booking or decline to book any further appointments with our practitioners
If you need to reschedule your appointment, do not contact us via email or text, you must call us directly to reschedule your appointment, or rebook your appointment online with a message to our admin staff.
New Clients
If you are a new client to the business, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any relevant paperwork related to your booking
Credit card, deposits and payments
For any appointment with us, a credit card/debit card may be required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment
Packages and refund policy
Packages are to be utilised in the time specified by each package
All packages are to be paid for in full or via a credit collection agency such afterpay or direct debit, as arranged in contract with us.
Refunds will be provided where appropriate in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We do not refund for change of mind or inability to make your scheduled appointments, unless for health reasons of which a medical officer is required to inform of your health reason which will limit your ability to attend your appointments.
If you are eligible for a refund for health reasons, a pro rata refund will be issued at your request based on any consultants or treatments you have already received.
If you are in isolation or affected by COVID for any reason, we will provide you with a credit note which can be used once you are recovered. This cannot be transferred to family members and will expire after 12 months.
Consumer Law
To the extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights, remedies, liability, and other terms implied or conferred by statute, custom or general law that may impose any liability or obligation on Bodycode Integrative Wellbeing being are excluded under these Terms and Conditions.
General
The Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. If part or all of any clause of these Terms and Conditions is considered illegal, invalid or unenforceable the it will be read down to the extent necessary to ensure it is not illegal, invalid or unenforceable, but if that is not possible, it will be severed from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will continue to have full force and effect.
Acceptance
You accept these terms and conditions by making a booking with Bodycode Integrative Wellbeing.
